Computer Checkup

We will perform a quick diagnostic on your computer including a hardware functionality check, virus scan (no removal), spyware scan (no removal), and more. You will be provided with a detailed list of potential causes as well as suggested action. You will also receive a quote on how much it will cost for repair.

Computer Cleaning

Removal of dust and dirt from within the computer. We will also clean the outside of your computer to make it look as clean as possible without damaging any internal components.

Diagnostic

We will test all software and hardware installed in your computer for proper functionality. We will also ensure that there are no driver issues or conflicts. This is a deep diagnostic and will include a detailed report of all findings. We will also provide you with a quote for any necessary repairs.

Diagnostic & Repair

One of our most popular services, it includes everything from the Diagnostic as well as virus, spyware, malware, and rootkit removals. We will test and repair any found Operating System problems. If hardware replacement is necessary, we will notify you.

Hardware Install

We will install any one hardware device (Memory, Optical Drive, Internal Cards, Etc.) and configure it to your specifications. We will also test the new hardware for proper functionality.

Operating System Install

We will install one Operating System on your properly functioning computer. We will update all drivers necessary as well as install all critical updates for your new Operating System.

Data Services
Data Backup/Transfer

We will backup or transfer your computer data (cannot transfer software) to another medium like CD's, DVD's, or an external hard drive for you.

Automated Backup Device Install

We will install one Automated Backup Device (External HDD, Network Hard Drive, etc.) along with the included software for it to function properly on one computer. We will configure the device to backup automatically based on your needs/wants.

SCC Restore Point

We will create a Spades Computer Clinic Restore Point for you after a repair at your request. If available your Restore Point will be loaded onto a secondary hard drive. If you run into any problems, you can turn your computer back to when we first finished repairing it!

Clean and Remove

Have a computer you want to give away? Have a hard drive you want to dispose of? Make sure your personal information is REALLY gone. We will wipe the drive for you permanently!

Wireless Security Setup

We will update your router's firmware. Enable Wireless Encryption (so that no one can use your internet without permission), and we will change your SSID. We'll verify that up to 2 computers can connect properly. We will also provide you with a troubleshooting guide in the event of a problem.

ISP Setup

We will setup or troubleshoot your broadband connection (DSL, Cable, even Dial-Up). Before leaving we will ensure that your computer can connect to the internet without any issues. We will even test the speed of your network!

Standard Wireless Networking

This service includes ISP Setup as well as the Wireless Security Setup. Only available to clients with ONLY 1 Laptop/Notebook.

This service includes everything from the Standard Wireless Networking listed above plus:
We will network up to 2 computers or devices, configure file and print sharing (if requested), and test for functionality.

Network Attached Storage Install

LWe will install one Network Attached Storage device to your existing network. We'll configure the device as a network share so that everyone can access the drive. We will also configure automatic backup as per your needs!

Not sure what you need? No worries! We will design an appropriate solution for you based on what you need. We'll review what devices you currently have and make recommendations on integration, ugrades, and additional devices if necessary.
