Founded in 1989, the staff of Jon Rosen Systems, Inc. provides a full suite of professional computer services including hardware, software and web services for both home and business users.

To request service, you may call, write an e-mail or visit our office with your computer and we will help you determine the fastest and most cost effective way we can help. We offer a free evaluation and flat rate service fee for computers brought to our office.

Our technical staff of Systems Engineers and Technicians are skilled at providing telephone and remote control technical support, and they are ready to help you on-site within Erie and Niagara County when a problem cannot be solved over the phone.

- Home PC services

Our office is staffed with skilled technicians ready to solve every home PC problem. We offer a low minimum charge of $60 when a home computer is brought to our office.

We can remove pop-up advertising, test the RAM and hard drive, perform a virus check and download all Windows updates.

Our $60 home PC service includes the following services:

* Perform memory test and hard drive test to diagnose hardware problems that cause
lockups, re-boots and crashes.
* Install free SpyBot Search & Destroy software to remove pop-ups.
* Install free Ad-Aware SE software to remove pop-ups.
* Update anti-virus software, run a full scan and remove any viruses.
* Check and remove unnecessary programs from start up.
* Clean out accumulated dust with compressed air and check the fans.

Typically we can finish a computer 48 hours after it is delivered. Simply bring in the computer unit, tower or laptop (no keyboard, no mouse, no cables, no monitor necessary.) After thoroughly examining your computer, we will make recommendations on any hardware upgrades that will help improve performance.
