After we perform the following 16 point computer inspection we will call you and give you a detailed report on what your computer requires to be repaired. After the initial consultation, you have the option to get a second opinion or give us the go ahead to repair your computer. A computer rarely requires more than a system tune up. Though sometimes optional hardware upgrades will improve performance of your PC. We will provide you with a detailed report to allow you to make an informed decision and no work is performed until you give the go ahead.

A $35.00 Service call is a mandatory fee NO MATTER WHAT IS OR "IS NOT" DONE.
We can perform the following services:
On Site Service: for both the average home user and small-medium size business.
Software/Operating System and General Troubleshooting: We troubleshoot all software issues (all Windows operating systems or software applications) on all platforms. If we can not resolve the issue we can help you to find the person/place that will have the answer.
We troubleshoot problems with all versions of Windows, software applications, and peripherals.
Viruses/Spyware - Adware - Browser Hijackers and Trojan Horses: We can clean your PC of all these, and show you how to keep it clean in the future with the proper security settings and maintenance. Ask us about our maintenance plans.
Networks - both Wired & Wireless with Security: We will help you setup, or maintain a secure network, as well as put the necessary measures in place to keep you safe from identity theft. We will not handle Windows or Unix servers but will be glad to act as a liaison between you and someone who does.
Broadband, Cable Modems - DSL - Satellite- AOL High speed and Dial-Up: We can set up your high speed connection, once done you may want to share it with other computers in your home. We can help you setup a home network, where you can share your internet connection, files, and printers. (This only works with broadband connections not dial up.)
We can assist you with selecting the proper DIAL UP company for your needs and budget and getting it running on your PC.
Repair/Maintenance: In today's world people tend to replace a faulty component or whole computer so repair is obsolete. We will set up a good maintenance schedule for your computer. A little maintenance done properly can extend the life of a computer longer than you may have ever thought possible.
Consultations - New System Setup & Configuration (do it right - right from the start): Want to buy a new Personal Computer but not sure what they are listing on the spec sheet? We will with you consult you on the purchase and set up of a new PC.
Training: We will give training on Windows, Internet, Email, Software applications (basic), and using peripheral devices, digital cameras, photo editing, software installation, DVD burning, etc.
