Those larger companies spend millions upon millions of dollars in marketing which obviously is paid for by the exhorbitant prices they charge for just these basic computer services. We are a small company and we believe in word of mouth advertising so we MUST supply you with exceptional service, integrity, and honesty, in hopes that you will spread word about my company. By offering this type of service, it saves our customers hundreds of dollars by eliminating the need for expensive repairs and upgrades which often tend to be more then what the computer actually costs, usually leading the customer to end up spending hundreds of dollars more for a new computer.
