Castle Mac Service was created in 2007 as a spinoff of Castle Computers, Inc. Mark Bogossian, former CEO, President and Majority Owner of Castle Computers, Inc. closed Castle's retail store in May 2007 after doing business as a Macintosh Sales and Service Center since 1981. With over 25 years of hands on experience, we maintained our Apple Service certifications and now focus only on Macintosh Service and Support! Castle Mac Service reflects our direct and sole focus on Mac service, with Castle background and experience!
Castle Mac Service now operates from a modest repair shop on Route 7 in Latham, close to our former retail store. Even though one of our technicians is usually in the shop from 9am to 3pm every weekday, it's a good idea to call ahead if you plan on coming into the shop. Although we maintain limited "open shop" hours, we're always glad to be there early in the morning or late in the afternoon!
Castle Mac Service is a fully Authorized Apple Service Provider with a Certified Macintosh Technician, and the Capital District's only locally owned Apple Authorized Service Provider. We provide AppleCare, One Year Warranty and Non Warranty service on all Apple systems regardless of where they were purchased. We offer certified Apple parts and perform Macintosh service to the high standards set forth by Apple's AASP Service Program. We also provide out of warranty services such as upgrades, parts replacement and technical support.

Mark Bogossian, Castle Mac Service Owner, Apple Certified Macintosh Technician, Trainer: A former educator and employer, as President and CEO of Castle Computers, Inc., Mark Bogossian has trained thousands of home and business Macintosh users since 1983. Mark combines expertise, patience and hands on techniques to help you understand your computer- whether you're a home user or high end business user.
Linda Gallant, Manager, Technician: Linda manages the "business" operations and performs many of the technical repairs on notebooks and iMacs. She brings a unique combination of technical expertise and insight to be the "I can take apart and put together anything" technician that every shop needs!

possible upgrades such as memory and Operating Systems (OS X).
- Pick Up & Delivery Services
We now offer complimentary Pick Up and Delivery Services with many repairs and upgrades!
If your repair is covered by AppleCare, one year warranty or you need an upgrade, you may qualify for free on site pick up and delivery. We'll come to your home, office, school or college campus to pick up your computer, bring it back to our repair shop, perform the necessary repairs or upgrades and return the computer to you!
