Standard repairs are performed for a bench fee of $60.00. In some cases, when the repair does not require extensive troubleshooting or data backup, a "half-bench-fee" of $30.00 will be charged instead.
- Notebook/laptop repair
The estimate fee for Laptop repairs is $60.00. This fee is payable when you check the system in at our counter. We are able to repair most notebooks, including power supplies, fans, batteries, damaged or dysfunctional LCD displays, keyboards, etc.(Laptop parts are not stocked and are all special order. Prepayment before ordering parts may be required).
- Onsite Repairs
Our technicians are trained and equipped to perform a variety of on-site repairs. Emergency PC Repair, Installation of complete systems or hardware components, onsite wiring repairs and services are all available. We normally charge travel time and onsite time. We feature a unique time-tracking system to give you accurate information on exactly what was done, how long we took to do it, and any technical notes or observations made.
