Our Mission Statement:
To provide our home and business customers with quality computer equipment supported by local service comparable to the best in our industry. We believe that by providing good service and dealing with our customers in an honest and straightforward manner, even if it means losing a sale in the short term, our business will be successful in the long term.

- Service

* Spyware & Virus Removal Available!
* Upgrades
* Repairs

No part of our business is as important as service. It's why our customers come here, and why we exist.

Although we work on all makes and models of computers, we work on computers in the following priority order:

1. Business computers sold by us
2. Home computers sold by us
3. Other business computers
4. Other home computers

Why this order? Businesses need their computers for their day to day operations. They cannot afford to have down time. This is why most area businesses (savvy businesses) do not purchase name brand computers. Many parts are proprietary and need to be special ordered, while computers built by computer companies such as ours use standard off-the-shelf parts.

And I think it goes without saying that we work on our customer's PCs before those purchased elsewhere. That's over 3,200 Fulton Computer Co. computers as of this writing. If you have a Fulton Computer PC and you're a business, you can expect immediate service. If you're a home user, you can expect quick service. If you have a computer purchased elsewhere, well, we're happy to work on it, but it may be here for a week or longer.

One of my favorite examples that illustrates this best was when a local construction company turned on their payroll computer on a Friday morning and a puff of smoke billowed from the back. Joe unplugged it and brought it to our service department. While it wasn't one of our PCs, it was a white box, and ten minutes and a $30 power supply later Joe was out the door with a working computer. If it was a name brand PC, it could have been down for a week or longer.

Our staff has the training, tools, and expertise to address any computer problem you might have. Because we sell so many computers, we service more PCs than anyone in the area. This means we also don't try to make our whole week's payroll on your repair job. Our rates are very reasonable, much lower than what our customers tell us are being charged by some other local shops. Give us a call at 773-3901 for more information.

Wholesale hardware vendors- please do not call. I'm too busy. If you want to sell me anything, calling on the phone will kill the deal on you. Email or fax only, please.
